I'm 64 and my kids are in their 30's. I havent been in a Sears in over 25 years and my kids have never been in a Sears. Sears has no customer base to grow with because most young people have never been into a sears or shop elsewhere. No brand loyalty
Once upon a time, Sears was a great retailer, no doubt about it. The Sears that exists today bears no resemblance to the store I grew up with and loved. Loyal employees have been trashed, facilities are a shambles, and customers have moved on. Owners are all about squeezing out the money.
Remember it as it was, not as it is. Time to pull the plug. #RIPSears

Many of the good techs in the past made a good living setting up shop for themselves and cutting the middleman out of the picture. With the way things are going, if you are decent at your trade , you're employable anyway.
They are getting a lot of press lately. Bad press, but press is press, right?
It's the same home services that make people wait months to get their appliances fixed. Can't get parts in. If you call joes appliance service down the street it's fixed the same day. Oh yeah that will save us. Ha
Is that the same home service that won't fix people's stuff that they paid for and people have to call the local news to get it repaired?
I got $1.50
