To the OP....you have led how many companies? You have run how many multi million companies? Why do you work for a corporation? Go be a gig worker. Start your own company. You really do sound a bit obsessed with how much MT makes.

Anyone that actually supports the layoffs on here is/are unhinged. You are like "its OK, all CEOS do it. They all make that much money. They are geniuses" . Well sir/mam, YOU are id–ts! He should be working to KEEP jobs, not eliminate them! THIS is what is wrong with AMERICA TODAY! A good leader will make sure his troops are fed and rested before he/she eats or sleeps. Corporate America lays off people ALL the time without notice. That is the way it is done. If notice is given then their is the risk of increased theft/tampering with documents/screwing up computer programs etc. Here is a friendly example: say you have a Housekeeper..you need to lay her/him off. You give them two weeks notice..they are really pi**** off so in those two weeks they start stealing from you, change documents etc. GET IT? HAVE YOU HEARD IF THE PANDEMIC? You realize when MT came aboard he did not have a crystAl ball to know the economy would come to a standstill? Is this your first job? Why do/did work at a corporation if you detest the structure? Many many if us are upset but you are taking it to the extreme and you do not seem to know how the business world works

You really need to consider help. You go on about the same things all the time. Did you not know BBBY was a corporation when you started there? Did you think MT made 12k a year? Do you have any idea how a business runs? Let me try to make this simple for you. As a general rule the less people in a given field that can do a job the more they make in that field . For example: very few people have the skills to play in the NBA..hence they make a lot of money. The top players in the NBA make the most. Very few people have the experience to run a huge corporation..hence they make more then a cashier that needs minimal training and minimal education. Understand? I am guessing you are very young and just don't get it.
