Maybe not today, maybe not next week, but I'm a short period of time, they will both be gone. If you are stupid enough to still rely on either place as your main source of income, start looking now...grab a seasonal job at Costco or Walmart or anywhere because you will be boned when the closing of the company does happen, especially if it happens after the holidays.

@1tal Of course Sears can't pay its vendors and its creditors. They're lining up by the by the thousands. Whatever the legal technicalities, don't pretend for one second that Transform isn't Sears. The Chairman is the same. The executives are the same. The office buildings are the same. The stores are the same. Eddie's continued failures are the same. Is it any wonder no one wants to sell to Sears? Because Eddie's failures and massive money that Sears owes to everyone while he diverted all that money to his own pocketbook is all on him and his cronies. It's just the same as if any other company declared bankruptcy, said hey, we don't owe you anymore, without ever closing down their office, firing any of their execs, or even changing their office, while the owner basically gets off scot-free, not having to suffer even one little bit for his trouble, while ruining the lives of everyone else involved, including employees, workers, retirees, creditors, members, vendors, shareholders, people who put their livelihoods in subletted Sears spaces, while the coward hides out nowhere to be seen, taking ownership and responsibility for none of it the instant Sears declared bankruptcy.

@11ktq6FB-1nly Are you a vendor? Do you have first hand knowledge or better yet, proof you can post? Or are you just parroting all of the other speculation that is posted daily on this board .
Wow! Incredible insight. Thanks for sharing
