BTC is cheap because cheaper cost of living. Almost all BTC folks actually can afford maids and cooks..luxuries that you can’t comprehend under CL500.
Most of them are pretty smart, and have the d-mb ones worldwide running for shelter.
The same folks who work at BTC, are the ones who go do master’s in the US get big pay tech jobs and make you feel miserable about your life.

Because folks at the campus just want to delegate and ‘lead’. Execution has to occur somewhere.
It’s a change management issue in my opinion. We don’t do a very good job of transferring these jobs and then we cut them loose too soon. Apparently the complaints of the lower quality service don’t match the amount of money the company is saving by doing this. We could do better but I guess there is no motivation to do so.
Cheap and like many things, we get what we pay for…. SMH
They are cheap! It doesn’t matter that they are: slow, incompetent, can’t call on the phone, and work opposite working hours. #Terrible
