Without any communication, they just so happened to NOT have the morale survey this year due to "saving money". When asked about it at the company wide Town Hall, Glenda the CFO said "Well that saves 1 team member's job". Blasphomy. What a horrible thing to say. I think she should be asked to step down.

This is embarrassing, these people should feel ashamed. They're not ashamed because they're sociopaths. So, basing this comment on an average FT TM's yearly wage ($15.00 x 2,000), the entire company is only spending $30 grand on a company-wide survey? That seems very low to me. Obviously the real reason they're doing this is to avoid the reality of the the frame of mind of the TMs who are left. These people are sociopaths.

Why have morale survey when you know you won't make Forbes this year? What I see in stores in the SW is atrocious. Everyone is envious of me for getting laid off. It's sad.
