That sounds about right with all the terrible decisions management did over time. Let’s see how many poor decisions they can make this year? LOL

Guess who’s getting a big bonus??? The Elf and his amazing staff.

When can you loose so much money and still pay out a bonus to yourself and your groups.

Chief Elfecutive quote during the call last week.... "While there will be certain large new build project opportunities that arise, even in this tough market, we will remain disciplined and will choose not to follow our competitors in doing the stupid stuff that desperate competitors inevitably do."

Hey Napolean… Customers are flocking to your competitors because of all the stupid stuff YOU and your "Management" team are doing. Get over yourself, thinking you have done a brilliant job when we all know you haven't. You are an embarrassment to the good people that made the company what it was before you took over and turned it to a non-profit machine.

The Chief Elfecutive Officer and his minions have once again outdone themselves. Take a bow gents for letting every employee and every shareholder down. Lets see if we can make it another year without turning a profit. #bringbackpete

Not made a profit since 2014......What message does that send to share holders ? Considering other rivals are making profit in the current climate.

As a shareholder my opinion is to reduce my risk and get out. If a company and a new CEO can’t turn this round in 5 years here is something fundamentally wrong.
