Hang in there, life after Apache has been a breath of fresh air. Wanted, valued, respected, empowered, heard……all things missing until I started on this new path.
Good luck and take care of yourselves.

Apache is life.
I could not have said this any better my self!!! Very well put. I too have left Apache. Very sad what this company has become with micromanaging, big brother mentality, not caring about the employees, etc…. Apache was once the best place to work… time to move on everyone you will feel so much better.
Someone is going to come in and say 'yet you all still post here...?"
Yeah we do. Because it was a special place. We had so many talented staff and even managers but 2 jackasses ruined the company but then brought in 2 banker bitchbois...
To the person replying: nobody thinks you're the problem. When we bi--h until we can leave, nobody blames the techs or engineers or Landmen or even most team leads.
It's seriously 2 fat-headed pricks and 2 banker bi--hes in loafers holding things back...
