LR affected people's name announced in India today..

Please update your team/BU name if you are one of them who got freedom from daily threats of being laidoff..so that others may plan to vacate sinking ship or be proactive.

The post alluding to older employees that can't handle agile is most likely from the ELT. Anything to take the attention from their performance.

1hfr - I will bet your a lot of fun at parties too. I'll take the bait. Please educate us in your great wisdom on how older employees can't participate in agile. The funny part is One of the primary developers of agile process is 75 years old today, which means he would have been in his very late 50's and early 60's when he started driving agile to popularity.

Just hired 400 H1B contractors, pocketing a nice bonus this year! The best method to cover up an incompetent VP is throwing 400 bodies at a problem that needs 15.

With Agile, older American employees are not needed also. They are too slow and cannot adapt to new technological changes.

When USA dont take permission before poking nose in all over world.. be at syria,Iraq, china , russia etc etc.. you should be greatful H1/L1 are coming with peaceful cause, not like ISIS or ta----n which were created by USA's over ambitious project.. bring change first in yourself then talk about others..peace out

With Agile, we dont need Test managers and Test Directors. Those should be the first to let go. And move Test to India.

I thought the constant management of opex solely by spreadsheet with no real business ideas and creating analysis paralysis would save the company.

(It also has the fantastic side effect of creating a fantastic culture of folks looking over their shoulder for the next lr. Cut cut cut!!!)

Those LR'ed in India have a right to apply for H1B visas immediately and move to the USA. Instead of being paid in rupees, you will earn your next paycheck in dollars. That's what happened to 3 of my buddies in Bangalore last October.

Managerial culture has become very closed door except line managers asking bug status . Directors invisible to the rank and file. No real team culture. Meaningless reddit ama type town halls by vp level folks flying around...

We dont see any product by product updates and investment plans anymore .. s.p products continue in chronic underinvestment mode...jnpr is years ahead

Maybe even the vp level has no clue to future elt plans
