I watched replay of BUM. My observation was that though he was saying how the strategy is working, he didn't appear fully convinced himself. Many times he seem to give up in the middle of explaining things. Either he was doubtful himself or just didn't care about the audience.

In a way, BK is just like Trump. He pointed out the issues (or new goals), claimed he'd solve the issues (or achieve the new goals), and then did very little in explaining how exactly he'd get us there. Deplorable! BTW, I am not a Hillary supporter. Yet I enjoy the 'race to the bottom' in this presidential election cycle.
