What are PS and SE organizations?
Key meetings being moved out of next week. Managers scurrying to get people to move forward task completions ahead of next week. Friends being protected and silently moved into safer roles. Yes. It’s happening.
No, it is not true . This is happening next week most probably on Monday . Apart from RIF, it will also have organisational restructuring towards merging PS with MS and GTM moving towards a more vertical positioning rather than Geo based positioning as it is now . Add a substantial real estate rationalisation in 2021 to the mix . Layoffs will be mainly in PS and SE organisations apart from support functions . Since the CEO is new , also expect 40% new ELT over 2021.

Nobody needs to trust anybody. Monday is still three days away. Enjoy beer during the weekend. If it happens on Monday, well. If not, wait till that Friday again. If it does not happen on Friday also, remember the CEO did say about timing in his meeting (that it may be +/- few days/weeks). Keep doing this every week.
