This is what happens when you over-promise and under-deliver. Thousands of brokers have had to deal with angry clients trying to explain why this "growth company" run by "charismatic leadership" in the hottest food trend of our times has so bollixed things up. As Churchill once opined on the subject of Russia, "It is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma." But there is an answer: HUBRIS AND EGOMANIA. Leadership isn't leadership at all. They're idiots, in wayyyyy over their heads, and to make matters worse, legends in their own minds who reside in an echo chamber. It's a cult of personality. All of this values crap and all of this nonsense about changing the world is one of the biggest con jobs in the history of business. Legendary

"And in an even more troubling development, only 24% of customers said organic products at Whole Foods were "definitely" higher quality than organic food at grocery stores". No sh#@t. What exactly are you paying for? Starkey water? Maybe it's the Frankie's. #wholefoodsmarket #starkeywater #frankie's

We haven't lowered any prices, but I guarantee the bonuses will be fat for laying off hard working team members. #wholefoodsmarket

Don't worry, the Crisis Team will sweep all of this under the rug guys. No one will link the stock price to anything negative. Don't worry, go back to work now.

Interesting indeed. It appears as though everyone's figuring out what a sham this company is turning out to be except the CEO/CFO/E-Team. This may prove to be one of the best examples of corporate cognitive-dissonance since Enron. Anyone agree?
