Today was the last straw. I can't take this dreadful environment any longer. Telling my f-t f'n manager to stick it up his f-t f'n @$$. This place is such a horrible experience. Terrible management, ridiculous ideas and planning, and horrible systems. These product managers here need to all be fired immediately - they are just an absolute joke.

I feel (or actually “felt”) your pain. I Got let go a few years back and though annoyed at the time, I am so relieved and glad now to be gone from that place.

Smart move to remove personal stuff from the office.
I eventually removed all my personal stuff off and out of my desk. This way when my number was called, I would be able to walk out and have nobody pack up my desk. I had it like that for ten years. Luckily, I qualified for the VERP.
Don't trust anyone at ADP trying to control ADP's bad reputation. More layoffs are planned. I understand why folks are upset and fed up and even why they leave. ADP has started the culture of lies and back stabbing at all levels. They continue to hire unqualified people and replace good employees due to age or salary. I keep my head down and do my job and continue to look for another job at a better company. But make no mistake, I have seen ADP for many years and it has gone downhill terribly due to bad choices in management and bad decisions by those people.

I doubt the post is bogus or fake. I fully get it. ADP has become a pretty stress filled place to work and not an place to look forward to tolerate every day much less enjoy working at. Folks doubting the Op's post might be right or they might just be in denial and don't want to hear anything that makes them uncomfortable about the situation they are in.
