Please take a real hard look at the HR department at the Tower and specifically the people who report directly to you.
They are clueless at their job and are just there twiddling their thumbs and waiting to go to lunch. It is an embarrassment and shame to the company that HR is supposed to be there for the employees but are not because of the ignorance in place.
Please investigate properly.

HR only cares about HR. Instead of implementing policy they are more concerned with themselves. One HR amigo was rewarded and transferred to the ME after he was caught having a marital affair...really!?! Should have been fired but was protected instead. Why? Because this leader is just a dud. #puertorico #dubai
