I know this is not lay off related, but why is it that the CPS Director of Global Proposals was arrested back in march in a prostitution sting.and yet he is still employed and leading Cameron employees. How does this fit into our ethics and morals. What kind of message does that send to employees. What kind of message does this send to the woman of Cameron. Knowing a sexual predator is sitting in the office next to you or worse is your boss. How does that not intimidate you? This man is leading people at our company and his face was all over the news and can still be found on the Houston newspaper and news channels web sites. I mean I understand your not guilty till convicted, but i mean you don't even temporarily remove him from leading people? I mean come on, what kind of management do we have here that would allow this. You have a guy who gets written up for coming in late but you can do this and not pay a price? Is that because he has a Directors title? I'm sure if he had been a welder he would have been let go immediately.

Texas is an at will state. cps can fire anyone they want to and I've sern people fired for much lesser offenses. he's clearly a good ol boy they're taking care of. If you don't believe me, then go try it yourself and you'll be fired on the spot.
I am going to assume you cant fire someone on a arrest but only on a conviction. that's why he is still here roaming the halls looking for ladies to pay for sex.

Yes it is very true/ his name and face was on the local news tv nd local news web sites for news papers. A total of 64 men were arrested. with the sex trade being riddled with runaways and minors as sex slaves, it surprises me Cameron hasn't done anything. Maybe their hands are tied and they cant take legal action?
No way this can be true, Cameron is letting a person who was on the news and arrested for prostitution lead female employees.
