I love my job but every time I hear recall, I wish I wasn’t in this company. They at the top don’t seem to recognize how great an impact a recall can have on Ford’s reputation?

Alot of people at Ford are talking about this, afraid for their job if they dont give up personal medical information and personal moral choices. What is everyone thinking on this? Especially since UAW are exempt from this?
