People leave all the time - people leave good jobs, bad jobs, all kind of jobs - the fact is that people leave all the time. Do not read too much into the fact that people are leaving...

It doesn't work that way, the good employees move on while the terrible employees stay behind. Charlotte Russe is a joke in the retail industry, you have to leave to understand just how bad it is.

More changes are coming, not good ones either.

You're falling apart cr. You have been a major player in retail but your reputation is bad. The buzz is more stores closing and layoffs in sept. Stores look lowclass cheap stuff and your employees don't care. Sad.
