If I were People and Jenny, I would be hoping someone does not file a lawsuit for slander. The lies Kathy is spreading is just that. I'd testify and can get a dozen more.

They must have had a lack of ethics class at Old Navy, and CR hired the best of the best from the class.

The rumor spreading is true. we call Kathy the gossip queen of San Francisco. Much of what she says usually is not totally true, but she is better than a reality show.

I heard it from one of the SF admins who said she heard it directly from HR.

HR has a big mouth and told a lot of people the intimate details. Never trust that HR department. That is how this rumor spread.

Only HE knows.

So why was HE fired?

My sister tried to go the HR way. But like so many posting, they would not listen. she went to the EEOC and is filling out the paperwork to file against Charlote. the only way to send a message aaand protect yourself is to speak louder.

Misinformation, gossip, rumors. What could HE have done for her to help her get ahead?? Ridiculous! How sad that past employees who hold the company in contempt must resort to posting a bunch of unsubstantiated lies hiding behind "ANONYMOUS".
