Today we were at our meeting where "our leaders" claim to be a team and unified. R1 & R2 RDs- you should really look around whenever you are going to talk negatively about your partners. Clearly leadership at it's finest.

CR hired to soon to be head of stores. She is in a RM position training. She clearly brings a new level to the field.

We hired a new VP of planning!!! Guess where he worked before, Old Navy. Surprise!

My RD told me the company is closing a bunch of stores January 31. The people team is keeping it a secret, and screwing the employees after they work their asses off for holiday.

I was hearing from the Real Estate team its going to be an ugly January for a lot of stores. Not just this year, but also next year. Thanks again Jenny for downsizing the company even further.

Check the CR invite only FB, the list is there. So is the People Salaries. My not want to look, you will be pissed at how over paid team people are. Except the SD and ODC people. They do all the work and the "Old Navy chosen ones collect the cash"
